Blu's Beach Wheels Beach Wheelchair Rental Agreement

Renter Information
The renter confirms that all reservation and contact information provided is accurate.

Rental of Equipment
The renter agrees to rent the listed equipment for the approved rental dates and return it in substantially the same condition.

Authorized Use
Equipment may only be used for lawful beach access and mobility support and may not be modified, transferred, or used outside approved areas.

Inspection Requirement
The renter agrees to inspect the equipment at delivery/pickup and notify staff promptly of any concerns.

Responsibility for Equipment
The renter is responsible for loss, theft, misuse, excessive wear, missing accessories, and damage occurring during the rental period.

Security Deposit and Damage
The refundable security deposit may be held in whole or part for cleaning, damage, loss, late return, or missing items.

Weather and Site Conditions
The renter understands that weather, sand, tides, ramps, sidewalks, and public beach conditions may affect safe operation.

Payment Terms
Rental charges, deposits, delivery fees, add-ons, and approved adjustments are due according to the reservation terms.

Late Returns
Late returns may result in additional charges and may affect other customers' reservations.

Indemnification
The renter agrees to indemnify and hold the business harmless from claims arising from misuse, unsafe use, or failure to follow instructions, except where prohibited by law.

Governing Law
This agreement is governed by the laws of the State of Florida.

Acknowledgment
By initialing and signing below, the renter confirms that they have read, understand, and agree to this rental agreement.

Blu's Beach Wheels Release of Liability and Assumption of Risk Waiver

Participant Information
The participant or responsible renter confirms that the information provided during reservation is accurate.

Acknowledgment of Risks
The participant understands that beach wheelchair use may involve risks including uneven sand, water, slopes, weather, other beachgoers, access ramps, loading, unloading, and transfer into or out of equipment.

Assumption of Risk
The participant knowingly assumes the risks associated with use of the rental equipment and beach access conditions.

Release of Liability
To the fullest extent allowed by Florida law, the participant releases the business, its owners, employees, contractors, and representatives from claims arising from use of the equipment, except where prohibited by law.

Medical Responsibility
The participant is responsible for determining whether they are medically and physically able to use the equipment safely. The business does not provide medical advice.

Physical Condition
The participant confirms that they will use the equipment only in a manner consistent with their physical condition and will request assistance when needed.

Minor Participants
A parent or legal guardian must accept responsibility for minors and supervise their use of the equipment.

Photo and Video Release
If photos are taken for inspection, delivery, pickup, condition verification, or customer-authorized marketing, they may be retained according to business policy.

Florida Liability Notice
This waiver is intended to be interpreted under Florida law and does not waive rights that cannot legally be waived.

Severability
If any part of this waiver is found unenforceable, the remaining sections remain in effect.

Acknowledgment
